چکیده
In this paper, the synthesis of copper matrix nanocomposite and effect adding TiB2 nanoparticles on was investigated. Three different amounts 5, 10, 15 wt% were added sintering carried out at 900 oC for 4 hours under argon atmosphere. The phase formation achieved nanocomposites studied by X-ray diffractometer morphology synthesized samples field emission scanning electron microscopy atomic force microscopy. polarization electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) 3.5 NaCl solution room temperature to evaluate corrosion behavior samples. Results show that decrease resistance galvanic couples, but porosities is higher. It revealed variation surface roughness in direct relation value current density.

متن کاملEvaluation of mechanical properties and apatite formation of synthesized fluorapatite-hardystonite nanocomposite scaffolds
In this study, mechanical properties and apatite formation ability of synthesized fluorapatite-hardystonite (FA-HT) nanocomposite scaffolds were investigated. Hardystonite (HT; 5 and 10 wt.%) as a reinforcement phase was incorporated into the FA scaffold. FA was mixed with HT for 4 h under argon gas at 220 °C. A space holder method was used for fabricating porous FA-HT scaffolds. Sodium chlorid...

In this paper, Cu-Ti nanocomposite synthesized via ball milling of copper-titanium powders in 1, 3, and 6 of weight percentage compounds. The vial speed was 350 rpm and ball to powder weight ratio kept at 15:1 under Argon atmosphere, and the time of milling was 90 h. Obtained powders were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and dynamic light scattering (DLS)....
